Intro
For the 2025 Women, Peace & Security Forum, hosted by the Office of the President of the Republic of Kosovo, we led the full visual direction—from the core concept to event space design and on-site execution. Held at the Emerald Hotel in Pristina, the forum brought together global leaders, diplomats, and advocates. Our role was to ensure the visual identity reflected the forum’s ambition and gravity while creating an experience that felt elevated, intentional, and cohesive across every space and touchpoint.
Challenge
  • Creating a Unified, Multi-Space Experience: With multiple stages, halls, and breakout areas, the environment needed to feel consistent and well-orchestrated across a large venue footprint.
  • Designing for Diplomacy: The visual language had to strike a delicate balance—strong and contemporary, yet respectful and aligned with the tone of global policy dialogue.
  • Bringing Visual Clarity to Complexity: From large-scale stage graphics to printed materials and attendee kits, every design element had to communicate clearly, function effortlessly, and contribute to the forum’s identity.
How we solve it
  • Key Visual Development: We created a strong, flexible visual identity rooted in this year’s theme “The Security Code for Our Generation.” The design system was built to scale across digital, print, and physical formats, with bold typography and tonal gradients that conveyed both structure and momentum.
  • Event Space Design: We branded the full venue—from the entrance portal and main stage visuals to signage, seating layouts, and hall setups. Each space was carefully considered to reflect the forum’s message and maintain a consistent experience throughout.
  • Print & Participant Materials: Custom agendas, stationery, tote bags, and badges were all designed to align with the visual system—ensuring a polished and unified look across every attendee touchpoint.

Results

  • A Visually Cohesive International Event: The forum space was transformed into a fully branded environment that reflected the importance and scale of the event.
  • Elevated Perception, Clear Messaging: Attendees consistently described the design as modern, professional, and powerful—adding clarity and cohesion to complex global conversations.
  • Design That Carried Meaning: This wasn’t just a branded backdrop—it was an experience shaped by design thinking, built to support the exchange of ideas and the power of presence.
Through strong creative direction and detailed execution, we helped deliver an international forum where design amplified diplomacy—and where every visual decision supported a larger global dialogue.
