At Hardh Fest 2025, we partnered with Velo to bring the McLaren collaboration to life. The goal was to create a high-energy brand experience that matched the pace and excitement of the festival while giving people something they would not forget.
Challenge
Festivals are full of noise, lights, and competing activities. For Velo to stand out, it needed more than a logo on a banner. The experience had to feel alive, interactive, and true to the brand’s personality. It also had to run smoothly from start to finish so the focus stayed on the energy and fun rather than logistics.
How we solve it
We designed a fully branded Velo zone that became a hub of activity inside Hardh Fest. Light-up accessories turned the crowd into part of the visual experience. The McLaren racing simulators brought friendly competition and excitement, while premium giveaways gave guests a way to carry the moment with them. Our creative, production, and on-site teams worked together to keep everything seamless. From concept and design to final execution, every detail supported the story Velo wanted to tell.

Results

The Velo experience became one of the highlights of Hardh Fest 2025. Guests engaged with the brand in a way that felt natural and exciting, creating moments they shared long after the event.
