Intro
For the marathon organized by Declathon, Powerade aimed to establish a strong and energetic presence that would connect with participants throughout the event. The goal was to create a functional and visually consistent activation that supported both hydration and brand visibility.
Challenge
The main challenge was to deliver a cohesive brand experience in a fast-paced outdoor environment. The activation needed to be highly visible across the marathon area, durable for event conditions, and efficient in supporting high volumes of participants. At the same time, every element had to align with Powerade’s brand identity while ensuring smooth on-ground execution.
How we solve it
We delivered a full-scale activation, covering both production and on-site execution. The Powerade stand was designed and installed as a central touchpoint, combining functionality with strong visual presence. We applied full branding across the structure and customized the fridges to integrate seamlessly into the setup. Branded flags were placed strategically to extend visibility beyond the stand and create a consistent brand footprint across the event space. To support engagement, our promotions team was present on-site, managing interactions, assisting participants, and ensuring the activation ran smoothly throughout the marathon.

Results

The result was a clear and cohesive Powerade presence that stood out within the event environment. The combination of strong visual branding and active on-ground engagement created a dynamic experience for participants and spectators. The activation successfully reinforced brand visibility while supporting the overall energy and flow of the marathon.
